Tag Housekeeping

I've updated a bunch of the tags on this site. Previously, the British shows used Series 1, Series 2, etc for the season tags while American shows used Season 1, Season 2.... Now all shows are tagged with Season 1, Season 2, etc. I've largely eliminated Part 1 and Part 2. Mockingjay is now tagged with Mockingjay Pt 1 and/or Mockingjay Pt 2 rather than Mockingjay and a second "part" tag. I also deleted the part tags from posts concerning Doctor Who season 7 parts 1 and 2 since I never tagged season parts ever again after that. Finally, I tagged all relevant posts with series premiere, season premiere, mid-season finale, mid-season premiere, penultimate episode, and season finale.
